1445-1500 Parade and attendance taking
1500-1530 Individual Platoon Training
1530-1600 Promotional Parade
1600-1645 Individual Platoon Training
1645-1745 PT
1745-1800 Parade Dismissal

Notes:
1) Cadets to report in full No. 4 latest by 1445
2) Cadets to bring PT kit along
3) All cadets are to bring personal water bottles of capacity min. 500ml
4) All parts to report to promotional parade 10 mins early
